How does usage-based pricing work?
Each plan lists concrete monthly allowances for builds, requests, AI tokens, storage, bandwidth, email and SMS. The allowances listed on each plan are the limits our platform enforces today, not estimates. Usage beyond an allowance is not billed yet; we will contact you before any charge. Some limits are enforced rather than billed: AI-token and storage-upload requests past the monthly limit are refused with an error.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is genuinely free and needs no card. Add one only when you're ready to grow into Pro or exceed the free allowance.
Can I use just one product?
Absolutely. Start with deploys, or just email, or just the database. Everything shares one account, so adding the next product later is a single switch — not a new vendor.
What's the difference between Pro and Scale?
Pro is built for individuals and small teams; Scale adds ~10× the bundled allowances across every product, autoscaling and higher concurrency, longer data retention, and faster support SLAs — for teams running real production traffic.
How is Pro and Scale billed?
Pro and Scale are billed per workspace per month, with no per-seat charges. Invite teammates as viewers, editors or admins; they work on the workspace's projects, deployments and environment variables.
